This is an original painting, 6"x6" acrylic and fabric on 1.5" deep cradled panel. The sides of this piece are wood that's been sanded and finished with clear wax, so the piece can be hung without a frame (or it can stand alone on a shelf). The painting itself is finished with a UV varnish, to protect the surface and give it a beautiful sheen.

This is one of a continuing series of abstract Sutro Tower paintings. They’re inspired by the views I often get walking all around San Francisco, of Sutro Tower peeping out of the fog.
