This is an original painting, 24" x 48" acrylic and fabric on 1.5" deep cradled panel. The sides of this piece are wood that's been sanded and finished with a clear wax, so the piece can be hung without a frame.

“Averted” is a study in soft muted greens and dark blues. The stepped block pattern moves against the swoops of brushstrokes and the stormy cloudlike forms.
